Cancellation Policy
House of Hair Beauty Bar will be implementing a 25% booking fee. This fee will be applied to your scheduled visit. In the event you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or no call/no show, this fee will not be refundable.
I understand we all run late sometimes so I do allow a 10 minute grace period, if you don't show up within 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
Your beauty needs are very important to me! When you fail to show that is lost revenue for a time I could have scheduled someone else. I appreciate your business! Thank you for your continued support and understanding!!
